Sunday AAFit Brunch - Oat Pancakes with style

Grand Rapids' currently shuttered #allornothing fitness studio has some more tips for you! We need to stay busy somehow, right? One thing we definitely all have time for is homemade cooking. If these look good to you it's because they ARE. Luckily, they are also super easy to make. Put everything in a blender and bam, there's your batter. Grease the pan with coconut oil and make it like a regular pancake. Eat them as a snack cold with healthy peanut butter, or throw one in the toaster quick in the morning for instant gratification. We topped them in the picture with our oven roasted honey almond and walnut mixture, and banana slices and blueberries, but you can get creative! Just keep it healthy.


The recipe:

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk, reg milk, or water (we actually used water)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
