"Something Good? Something Bad? Bit of Both? Bit of Both!

Cookies, cupcakes, and....personal training? Yup, we did that. Turns out we have a bit of a dark side as well when it comes to our own personal fitness challenges and temptations. Now, all things in moderation (as they say), but simply because you decide to go all-in with your fitness doesn't mean a "cheat day" isn't a terrible thing every now and then. After all, you gotta live, right? If the Rock does it, so can you!


We created Cheat Day Sweets as a fun side project to celebrate our love for well...sweets. (check it all out at cheatdaysweets.com) In doing so we got to stretch our legs a little bit and get out of our main zone of all things gym, training, and fitness (if just for a second), to remind us to enjoy the little things a bit (in this case a little thing being a cupcake!).


In order for us to continue doing our level best to stay as in-shape as possible, we won't be doing too much "sampling of the goods", but we do hope you support us and give them a shot (you have to at least try them out of guilt right?). 100% satisfaction guaranteed with these babies we assure you. We will still be operating out of the Midtown area of Grand Rapids, MI for any pickups or purchases, and we hope to become your go-to sweet treat dealer!
